The Jordan Times tells me that Taxi fares from Amman to Beirut have returned to 'normal'

Fares from the war-torn Lebanese capital to Amman skyrocketed from $100 to as high as $1,000 a taxi during the heavy fighting as people desperately sought to flee Israeli air strikes.
