How do you get there? I have considered canoeing over there.
There's a ferry from Aberdeen or St. Stephen's Beach in Stanley to Po Toi.
If you call 25544059 that's the number for the Kai To operator - it's a private company.
I believe there is also a ferry link from North Point via Kwun Tong, but have never tried that
