This is a mild slap and the Philippines deserves it! Balikatan was always more for the PI than it was for the US, hopefully it will show them that this "justice for being colonized" crap is exactly that.
Maybe the US should stop helping them in the South islands too and then see what mayhem woulf follow.......
Can you tell I think the GMA's goverment is being stupid (again)?
